Thankful. . I feel like if I began to list all the things I am feeling gratitude towards lately this post would be a very long one. . I am thankful to all those who work behind my vision of @integrative_movement. . I am blessed +++ for the support systems I have in my life, in friends, family, places, and opportunity. Lately I am extremely grateful for places like @pegcityyoga and things like @numasomatics - both which allow space for all the things. . Thankful and grateful to all those who support any of my businesses, the clients who have been dedicated and believe in what I do, and to those who have put up with my varying levels of burn out especially this year. Especially those who have reminded me of what I stand for, and bit their tongues for a few I told you so’s when I finally realize certain obvious things in business and life (and thank you @southwellequineservices for always calling me out and bolstering me up in the process 😂). . .
